By signing up for the Affiliates 4 Wellness affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. The legal stuff... Terms of Using this Site. This web site is owned and operated by All Is Well Ventures, Inc. and contains material, which is derived in whole or in part by All Is Well Ventures, Inc and its partners and manufacturers. Services to be Provided. We agree to pay you certain commissions as described on our website for referral sales made by customers. The Commission Rate is subject to change from time to time, upon email notice to you and commencing the 30-days following such notice. Note that a commission will only be paid if the visitor to our site can be tracked by the system from the time of the Link to the time of the sale. No commission will be paid if the visitor's payment to our site cannot be tracked directly to your site by our system or if full payment for services is not made to us by the customer. 4. Commission Payment. Commissions due and owing to you under the Program will be paid to you directly by All Is Well Ventures, Inc. on the tenth of each month once commissions reach US$ 75.00. All is Well Ventures reserves the right to increase this payout limit to a maximum of US$100. Termination: Termination of your account is in our sole discretion. 5. Assignment. This agreement is personal to you. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent. If you do assign your rights, as would be the case were someone other than you to use your account, you shall remain liable to us for any fees due under this agreement. We may assign this agreement at any time. 6. Responsibility for Your Site. You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. You are not All is Well Ventures Inc.’s agent, and we shall have no responsibility for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. You shall also be responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon any laws, or the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights), and ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal. 7. Change of Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed. Use of our servers by you after said changes constitutes acceptance of those new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may terminate this agreement. 8. You agree to notify us if your address, email address, telephone number, billing information changes.
